Shipping Policy

We've made it simple - the shipping cost is included in the price you see. Your purchase is valued and we want to make sure it arrives safely. The hats are packaged in a poly bag and shipped in a corrugated box. All hats are shipped within 48 hours of order from the San Francisco area using USPS . Other carriers may be used in some circumstances. *International orders outside the U.S and Canada will have additional charges.

Return and Exchanges

We understand things change - if you change your mind about the purchase or are dissatisfied, please reach us via email using the Contact page. Provide as much detail as possible including your order number. We will work with you for a refund.

For returns, you'll be responsible for repacking and arranging delivery of the goods. Please send returns to: Runlite Headwear, P.O. Box 75, Daly City, CA 94016.

For cancellations, please reach us via email using the Contact page. We can only cancel orders if they haven't been shipped yet. This also includes changing the color of a product, removing an item, changing the delivery address or payment method.
